Sara Bird

Sara Bird is a creative all-rounder with experience as a stylist, art director, speaker and published author. Concepting and producing photography shoots, features and workshops for the interiors industry for over 20 years, she specialises in interior design, still life and has flair for lifestyle creation and story-telling for that relaxed and lived in feel.
Commercial clients include Barker & Stonehouse, Duresta, The Cotswold Company, Lights4fun, Clarissa Hulse, Marks & Spencer, Style Library Group, Nordic House and La Redoute, Editorial clients include Homesandgardens.com , Elle Decoration, Modern Rustic, Country Living, Country Homes & Interiors and Ideal Home, the latter two included Senior Editorships on both titles for many years.
Whilst doing all these things she has established a fantastic working relationship with photographers, set-builders, couriers, crafters, seamstresses, prop houses and suppliers.
Sara is also co-founder of The CONTENTed Nest, a creative image partnership working with clients to deliver engaging, discerning, atmospheric and directional photography that brings brands to life.
The CONTENTed Nest are also authors of Home for the Soul, Gardens for the Soul and Retreats for the Soul, a series of books, published by Ryland Peters & Small about creating considerate and sustainable rooms and spaces which spark happiness and reflects the spirits, passions and tastes of their owners.
