Sara Bird is a stylist, art director, speaker and published author, concepting and producing photography shoots, features and workshops for the interiors industry for over 20 years. Specializing in set and interior design, still life and craft image creation and trend prediction for brands and publications.
Commercial clients include Duresta, The Cotswold Company, Marks & Spencer, Style Library Group, Nordic House, La Redoute, Laura Ashley and Tesco.
Whilst doing all these things she has established a fantastic working relationship with photographers, set-builders, couriers, crafters, seamstresses, prop houses and suppliers.
Editorially she has consistently contributed to national ABC1 titles and has been Decorating Editor for Ideal Home and Deputy and Contributing Editor for Country Homes & Interiors. She has also contributed to many other platforms and broadcasts including Elle Decoration, Homes & Gardens, House Beautiful, Country Living, Country Life, BBC Good Homes, The Mail and BBC Television.
Sara is also co-founder of The CONTENTed Nest, a creative image providing agency providing fully concepted visual content and assets across all commercial and editorial platforms. As a company they work with clients to deliver engaging, discerning and directional photography for all campaign areas.
The CONTENTed Nest are also authors of Home for the Soul, a book about creating a considerate and sustainable home that also sparks happiness and reflects the spirits, passions and tastes of its inhabitants.
